What is your returns policy?
We’re happy to accept returns of items with all original tags attached within 14 days (7 days for items purchased in the sale).
We cannot accept items outside of this return window and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back at your own cost.
How do I return my order?

Do you offer free returns?
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Can I exchange my order?
Need an exchange of size or item? Please place a new order! All available items and sizes at the present time are on our website. You can return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our returns policy.
What if my item is faulty?

Please notify us by email to info@labelrail.co.uk with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
